When Thomas isn't hanging out with his Phi Sigma Pi brothers, he enjoys training for triathlons, watching movies and tv shows, going to the gym and studying to do well in his classes. Thomas was a Founding Brother of the Eta Epsilon chapter of Phi Sigma Pi in 2016.

Overseeing recruitment events for the Eta Epsilon chapter, Josh enjoys sharing with others what he has grown to love, including Phi Sigma Pi and Walt Disney World. Josh frequently travels to Walt Disney World, where he participated in the Disney College Program, and enjoys bringing the magic back home to his organizations.
